Journaling for me can be anything from one word to sentence fragments to paragraphs. Every entry is a little different. Whatever works for you. For meditation I use an app on my phone. The one I like is called "Breathe" and the other really popular one is "Headspace" - both are free. Not sure if any of that helps. I think all you can really do is try something and if it doesn't work for you....try something else. ❤️
Thanks Sam. Helps a lot. I hadn't thought about apps. Think I'll check out Youtube and see what I can find there also.
