Useful app for tracking your time sober

Hi all,

Thought I'd share this app that I've found useful over the last few weeks called "Sobriety Counter-Stop Drinking" for (ex) drinkers.

You simply input the number of drinks and cash you'd spend a week on alcohol from the date you stopped drinking.

It will then track how much money you've saved and how many drinks you would have consumed. It also has a health feature that informs you how your body is recovering.

It's free and can be found on Google Play for Android - unsure if it is on the Apple Store though - find it here.

So far, I've saved £167.70 and passed on 72 drinks since 1st June (my sober date).

It can be a useful tool to keep you focused and easily visualise the money and damage saved!

Let me know if you find this app useful.
