Don't get me going on the neighbors and the fence...
When I first moved into my current house I noted the fence along one side of my property was old and busted up. I asked my neighbor on that side if he knew who owned the fence - him or me. He claimed ownership of the fence. Then, every three months (or so) for the next year and a half he asked me if I would pay for half of the fence replacement. I kept telling him I'd think about it, and tried to avoid him. Then he got smart and had his smoking hot Barbie-looking trophy wife ask me if I'd pay for half the fence. Being a big dumb male of the species I agreed. (I'm pretty sure I sounded like Scooby-Doo when I did, too: "Roh-kay".)
Fences are stoopid...
