I hope you get to go to Le Mans one day DesertDawg. We stay about 20 miles outside the town itself which helps keeps the costs down. One thing you would not have to worry about is not speaking French, 200,000 brits make the trip evey year and most of the local population can speak english, partly as a result. I am glad that Audi is not having it all their own way. There certainly is a lot of drinking taking place and my friends do drink themselves but fortunately not to the extent that I did. So far I have not had to absent myself from anything because there was drinking taking place.
