I'm in! I agree, so glad you quit when you did, Sao. I haven't had a 'rock bottom' alcoholic moment, but have seen a gradual decline in all aspects of my life, including the way I was interacting with my young children. It's a slippery slope though and I've been feeling like it could get to the point where I'm drinking all day, neglecting my kids and possibly putting them or myself in danger. Glad to make the change sooner rather than later.
