I managed to get by with a flip phone up until about 2 years ago. My wife and daughter both have Iphones and would text me which is immensely frustrating on a flip phone. I carry a company phone so don't have one of my own. Then they started getting us smart phones, but they were blackberries. I met a guy on a flight once who asked me 'You have a blackberry?'. Yes, I said, it's a company phone. Then he shows me his blackberry and says 'Mine too! I thought I was the only one forced to carry a blackberry.'. Actually, it's not all that bad. I just can't use it for anything cool.
