Got dressed and popped in the DVD.
During the introduction the doctor said, "If you have herniated discs in your neck, see your spine doctor before pursuing this program!"
Nothing on the video seems to be related to my original physical therapy, so I think I'm just going to wear the outfit and resume my regular old neck exercises.
I don't know what I'm supposed to do with the mat!
I guess I'll take it down to the Salvation Army.
