I like to drink different things:
Sparkling water with home grown mint. Its nice to go outside, pick some mint and throw it in a glass.
Power- Paks by Trace Mineral Research. Think Emergen-C but with trace minerals. More hydration.
Regular water.
Coffee
Lemon Water. Lime Water
New York Seltzers
Apple juice. Watered down
Lemonade
Im starting my yearly juicing this morning. I may do that for a few weeks.
Its good that you are sober and you are enjoying your sobriety. This is the most important.
