I just say 'yep I did that'. Mind- my ddestruction was so severe, so complete there was NO point in denying it. Your feelings say what you feel about yourself. Cheap remarks from others? Words only hurt if you let them. Easier said than done- but if such people want to be that petty when you are sincerely trying- they are not worth the effort of your reactions.
