Not much to report here either. I like your habit of checking in DLB, it makes total sense to me to have the accountability here.
Going into tech rehearsals this weekend, so it will be a busy one. I have been happy keeping busy, but one thing that sometimes gets me is coming home late, and really wanting that drink to unwind. I used to love my time while everyone else was in bed, but of course because of that it was also much easier to drink a lot. I have replaced with tea and make myself just go up to bed, but I still get that pang.
