JV. Great to read your post and so glad you are doing well. I completely relate ... other than the fact I still get my AV occasionally and depressed/flat phases as I get used to this new life.
The length of time my body is now taking to heal from 7 day week boozing is surprising. I too feel the improvement but expected to easily get back to how it was last time I tried something like this. That was over a decade ago for me also. I deal with stress better now and try to keep my reason. I hope
No exercise today as my sleep was abysmal.
