Chip....I once tried to limit my drinking to 2 glasses of Medoc.
After much shopping I found a huge baloon glass.
My 2 glasses were almost a full bottle!
I tried all sorts of wacky actions to be in control.
I had to quit....depression was making me miserable.
Try and see if you can do moderation.
I could not.
