I had a very nice Day 4 yesterday. Somehow, beautiful weather is great for my attitude and depression, which seems to be very seasonal.
Since I have today off, I have a list of things I need to accomplish. Part of my recovery plan is making sure I don't have endless hours of free time and today could easily be one of those days. I've been a list maker my entire life (found out it's one way people with ADD can manage their lives better) and just love checking off accomplishments. Journaling every day is also a big help for me.
My biggest accomplishment today will be checking off another sober day.
Does anyone else have a plan? What does your plan look like? There are great resources here and that's where I got my ideas for my plan, which is actually printed out and kept in a folder.
