Good morning all. Waking up to day 30! It feels good. My body is still adjusting to the new job and sobriety. Hubby and a friend were drinking again at our house last night. No real cravings but I decided to go to the bathhouse and get a massage instead. It was amazing. My body felt like a rock before I went.
Sorry you drank bebrave. How did you feel before the Easter lunch? It's easy to get swept up in the moment. Glad to see you back and your 35 days most definitely counts towards a healthier body.
Russian roulette is a great way to explain this, Sunshine. It's exactly how I feel and I don't desire something that will eventually lead to my death. Scary thought but very real.
