Thanks everyone. As expected, I feel crappy and didn't sleep well. You're right Dee, I was sticking with the memories of how celebrations should go. It's very rare for my two kids to be together as one lives several hours away. And then when son came home to spend the night I purposely stopped for a bottle of wine. DH didn't question or argue -- wise man. Because I learned the lesson myself.
I'm back-- day one. I may not count days every day because I don't want to discount the 35 day school I had. What do you think?
