Thank you so much everyone for your support and kind words. Today has been much better. I got a good day's sleep (I work midnights) which has helped a lot, had a very honest chat with my HP and my gf (although not at the same time lol) and I'm heading right to see my sponsor and to a meeting after work in the morning.
