Just checking in. Day 16 today. I feel more or less OK. The usual stresses of life but nothing that I can't handle. AV is relatively quiet. Crops up now and then but it's been easy to fight off. I suppose i'm neither excited nor depressed. I'm just....blah!
I've been going to AA meetings, which has been so far so good. I just need to hold on to my sobriety. All the best, SR family! Till later.
