Congratulations to everyone celebrating a Milestone today!!
I'm honored to walk with you all today.

Started my day off with a good BB meeting, working on getting in 16,000 steps (to celebrate the beginning of month 16) and will end the day with some great music and fellowship at church.

The past week brought some bad health news and a flood in the lower level of our home. By practicing gratitude and digging deep into my tool box, I worked through it in a calm and rational manner (with just a few panicked moments) Life will go on whether we drink or not and drinking will always make a bad situation worse.
