slightly deviating from the topic but I know i got a sugar problem I get all giddy when white sugar is on sale at the grocery store cause i've been known to spike my smoothies with a cup or 2... *gulp*
when i make lemonade for the family i do 4 cups
of sugar 1 cup of lemon juice per gallon i usually put in a hair more sugar. its like lemon nector hahaha. Kids come running from all corners of the house when they hear dad made lemonade again and my wife sits there screaming about all that sugar lol.
i embrace my sugar issues tho. I eat super low fat instead and run so it works for me.
