Hi Sierra14, I am the same, clean since New Year, it does seem to come in waves, my last week was terrible at circa.30 days, but it seems to have subsided this week. I think its the wave thing, they say comes on multiples of 30'3 i.e. 30,60, 90,120 days etc. so next wave due for me end of this month. I Think only healthy and clean living with good sleep and patience is the cure. Good Luck.
