Thank you for shouting out. Yes everything is going ok. Off to a good start. Just feeling exhausted. I was triggered pretty hard this weekend. My family has been contacting me and contrary to popular interpretation, thats not a good or supportive thing. I tend to relapse when I have contact with them. And apparently my mother has been going off the charts again recently and I can only hope it's enough to get her noticed so she can get some help

But I'm hermiting and trying to drown them out and shut them out. So I can stay sober and meditate and move through this
