You are fortunate to have the shakes gone on day 2. Work is good! Keep filling up your days with structure. I find simple to-do lists keep me moving. Doing the dishes, cleaning the kitchen, doing laundry, etc. Don't go back... The withdrawals kept getting worse (and longer) for me.
