Day 2 and no drinking...I feel good. My appetite is back, shakes are gone, heart not racing. Another long night at work, so that helps keep my mind off things, not to mention working around drunk people helps me keep in mind one of the many reasons I want to quit.
How does sleeping during the day go? (I take it you work nights)
