Weekends ?
Try to avoid bars and places that sell booze .
If your routine is to go shopping and get alcohol , go shopping on a different day , make sure the freezer / ice compartment is stocked up for the weekend , have a pijama day and stay in bed ( the fortress against alcohol)
If you go out for walks/runs aimlessly do not take cash or any way of purchasing alcohol .
Skip party invites or social events for a while , if you must go then take fizzey water with you or buy it and keep it in your hand or keep your glass topped up .
If you go to somewhere to eat buy a big bottle of water and have it on the table and keep your glass topped up .
go to bed early and sleep in late to let your body heal .
