That's awesome Free, I've taken this last year off & have lost a lot of muscle but Doc recently told me that as long as it doesn't hurt I can get back to the weights. I hurt anyway so we'll see if it worsens with a routine. I had hoped to start back this week but doesn't look like that will happen....I am hoping to make the trip to see the Grandsons this week. Will be nice to have some days off for a long weekend, has been awhile.
Had a late night helping a relative last night & this am & going on little sleep & feel a cold coming on. Time to rest
