Day 2 glad to have found U
I have tried this on my own more times then I can count. 2 days ago I poured a full bottle of vodka down the sink. I have been lurking for sometime so now it's time to start posting and stop wallowing in the failure. 26 years of drinking. I can go a few weeks to a month without, but once I start...look out world. I am a tornado that lasts abou3-7 days. Just a giant mess. Anyway, day 2. One Biggest trigger is people.if I stay away from them and plans and life in general I'm fine! Lol that's not realistic but that's how I am going to start. I have quite the mess to clean up, from family, work, finances. Just all sucks right now. But 2017 will be my year to end this I will post often and keep reading for tactics. Thank you.
