Just got back from Minnesota. The weather cooperated for my drives to and fro. Had a great X-mas with the family. Went to pick up my Mom on Saturday and she said that one of the staff members at the home was giving a little concert with his saxophone. My Dad used to play sax, so Mom wanted to go listen. The young man did a great job with some classic X-mas tunes and I even got to dance with Mom...some great new memories made there. One of Mom's most prized possessions is a Raggedy Ann doll and she told me several months ago that she'd like a Raggedy Andy to go with it. So, that was my gift to her this year and she said it was the best present she ever got! I also got some nice gifts this year, but as I get older, I have more fun giving than receiving. We also had our annual family cribbage tournament. Me and my nephew were the big winners this year. I ate too much, as usual, but it was well worth it.
