The stats are for the generation in that age range of 2016 I think it's promising in a world where alcohol is largely legal the current generation are not walking down the same path some of us did I think that's a ruddy miracle in itself
I think it's only for the uk though Il keep my eyes & ears out from other countries for thier current generation stats
Basically I think the kids are learning that alcohol is on the whole a bad idea
