I slept deeply last night for the first time in a week, and feel so much better. I normally am up by 5-6 daily, but I took this extra sleep gladly!
I am getting some household tasks done and making a delicious weekend dinner today, enjoying some newfound freedom.
Everyone had an excellent Saturday.
