Morning friends, Congrats on 53 days Hewson
I think I'm gonna start doing the Tae-bo DVD I have in the afternoon, you've inspired me with your p90x(which always reminds me of that Bruno Mars song haha) I noticed yesterday that if I'm not watching little Louie I have a lot of free time.. I don't think it's good to just sit around browsing and watching tv, I do get walks for exercise but Tae-bo is a nice step up,plus it makes me feel like a strong person
got some mixed nuts to put in my oatmeal in the morning and all that's left in the can is peanuts and I don't like peanuts... unless they're on a hot fudge sundae or in a Snickers bar haha,wishing everyone a great, productive Booze Free day
