Augustine, there have been many great suggestions made so I can't add anything else. Surrounding myself by others in recovery and letting them love me always removes my depression, so when I'm not feeling right (and even when I feel great) I make it to an AA meeting, church, or anywhere that has Fellowship. I know I'll find someone who understands me and is willing to listen.
