I was never interested in getting tattoos
until I turned 50 and now a few more yrs
down the road, I have quit a few lovely
tattoos.

I don't look at being to old to get them,
but look at it as a way to express art
and wearing them on skin.

Not everyone will like them and
that is okay with me. I am the one
who has to wear them, live with
them and to be honest, I forget I
have them half the time.

Yes, I have sobriety tattoos, tattoos
with sobriety/recovery expressions
on them.

Many many vibrant, colorful, tasteful,
lovely flowers, roses, birds, butterflies,
words, all very feminine for this southern
lady living in recovery.

Got an appointment for next month
for my belly button birthday for a
new back piece with 2 large roses
and 2 butterflies, just one of many
pictures I researched on google for
traditional or old school pics.

Soooooo many saved and so many
to choose from that I am totally
excited for each new tat I want
and appreciate as a gift in sobriety.

Hope you find one that you like
and will treasure for a life time to
come.
