I would highly recommend massage therapy as a way to calm and relax you and keep yourself on an even keel to keep the urges away. I got a two hour one today, and it was awesome! Now I'm thinking of trying out aromatherapy to help keep my evenings nice and relaxed so I can go to sleep better.
