My offer for a house was accepted! It's my first home. Inspector's report came back with only minor issues, so everything's going along well thus far. Plenty of sealing to do, but mostly cosmetic improvements needed.

Covered for my boss while trying to get my offer accepted the day it went on the market--so I hardly slept all week but I got it all done and have a perfect, crisp weekend to recuperate. Of course there is much to do, but fatigue is not letting me.

If I stay in my robe all day is it cool? I would like to order Chinese food and watch old movies. Can't imagine being drunk or hungover, but going to stay on guard. Life is so much better sober. I don't want to go back to that horrible existence ever.
