Yes I suffer from SAD too, I always have as far as I can remember.
I am always so cold in the winter since I've been an adult too. It is really hard for me to warm up.
I take Wellbutrin which is helping overall with SAD and general depression.
I also get very run down almost every winter. I have had a bad immune system all my life, so when I get sick, I tend to stay sick a long time, and sometimes I get very horribly sick.
Of course, I don't think about it when I'm not sick and it causes me no anxiety.
My low mood is usually only noticeable to me when the sun comes out for a few days and I feel lighter and cheerier than normal.
I think winter and Christmas time are so pretty. Fresh snow. I like rain too- as long as I don't have to go out in it. I like to stay in my house when it's cold.
But I really, really like sunshine and warmth.
