I'm 18 mo. Clean. I sleep about 4 to 5 hours, wake up for about an hour and then sleep for about 2 to 3 more hours.
That has been the norm for about 6 months or so.
I used/use techniques to relax..478 breathing and sleep noises on my droid. I work out too. It helps tire me out. But, not to late.
The main thing i have been doing lately is....I only use the bed to sleep. No watching tv etc.
When I reach for the tv remote or droid, I get up.
Bed is for sleeping only. It makes bed a special place. This tech. Has mad a big difference in my sleeping.
When I get in bed, my body knows it is sleep time.
