I've learned my sleep is for LETTING IT ALL GO.

Stopping all thoughts . . . like 'flipping a switch' to unconsciousness.


(Oh, the white noise hum of a room air filter helps. That and upping Melatonin to 30mg+ when needed... Any drinking would ruin my wonderful, rewarding, restorative, deep sleep.)
