It took me about two months to fall into a normal sleep pattern again, with the help of SSRI's prescribed for my anxiety. There's no rule of thumb for this though, we'll all have different times to get back into a normal routine.
If you're not sure of what you're ingesting/consuming, and it's a concern in your recovery, then it's always wise to ask.
