Yay Amp!
So I had stopped exercising about a month ago. By diet started getting real bad too. Then came the feelings that I'm not bad ass. Even though it's hard to ignore that fact.
Yesterday, I woke up 30min early and took a hard walk. That's what started me off last time. Today, I made myself walk further. Baby steps. It worked last time, and it's working already. I can feel the desire to do it again. And I already feel my awesomeness
