Well, it's serious enough that you've come to a sobriety support forum to ask for help. Maybe it's time to really get serious about doing something about it? You've come here multiple times before asking the same thing...do you see pattern with these old threads?

And now again today. I see some pretty serious issues in all of these....perhaps going back and reading them will help you realize the extent of the problem?
