The simple fact that you went out and took your walk, despite your issues with high temps, is a strong sign Sleepie. Dealing with anxiety involves facing the things we fear the most, and you just did that. It's not surprising that you felt a little ill/panicky afterwards- that happens, even for those who have their anxiety well managed. Another good sign is that even though you felt this way, you were still able to get to a place that you could recover physically from the heat and wind down the anxiety too. Keep doing things like this and you'll go far over time.
