I had my children in the days before they warned you not to drink. I drank heavily, once a week, until I was 5 months pregnant with all 3. They are all in their 30s now and all healthy.
I did however obsess over anything my mind latched onto soon after I had each of them. And it turned out everytime to be post natal depression.
