New water heater installed ,, cost $429 or so ,, heater and fittings ..
,, no labor charge, on this one .. well off the rent .. $600 .. I get my parts cost and my Dad gets the balance .. from my cousin the land lord .. she is nice and allows me to pretty much do whatever I want with the house.
,, can't beat that deal .. I could raise it a bit .. nah, just so I get the parts cost .. be ok.
.. and now, I can shave again ..
