Hi SSG, Welcome to Sober Recovery! How long have you been taking clonazepam?
A few years, did get off for about two weeks not long ago but started feeling really awful mentally. Since this is my day 1 sober from alc. I am not going to jump off the clon just yet. Have some Dr appointments scheduled and a substance abuse councilor set up.
I am kind of shaking and sweating right now as well as chain smoking.
Lot of coffee, might not be good but I have some juice or decaf green tea on hand next.
Sometime I think I will have an appetite.
