I've just been on a retreat called 'Came to Believe' in which participants are taken through the steps in the way Clarence Snyder (one of the founder members of AA) was shown by his sponsor, Dr Bob. They run in various places across America and England, I'm not sure where else or where you live, but I can thoroughly recommend it. I've had the most amazing spiritual experience.
