i get seriously OCD before leaving the house - is the heat off? is the HEAT off??? windows closed? door to the dog pen CLOSED with them INSIDE? coffee pot? any other loose cannon that could blow up my house in my absence?
i'm not sure which is more exhausting.....trying to do stuff BEFORE you forget (often TWICE) or fretting and fussing about it all AFTERWARDS wondering what you DID forget?
OMG, I work 20 miles from my home and I can't tell you how many times I have turned around ALMOST at work to go home and find that the coffee pot and curling iron are in fact turned off..
