And, being that I said that in the context of a tale of what my disordered, abusive mother did to me as a child- it isn't helpful what you said.

It is also very common for people with nvld to seek therapy, and for therapists not to see that nvld is playing into the picture. This is another disadvantage of living with an un-diagonsed learning disorder.

The therapist I am speaking of also lost their practice and became involved with clients inappropriately... so I think it's fair to say they were not a good therapist.

It's also pretty typical for people with nvld to get more from books than from people.

Although, painting something differently in public than you what you said to me privately is making me very... panicky. That seems wrong to me and hits too close to home as in my borderline mother used to do this kind of thing.

Actually having a panic attack.
