wow, thanks everyone, I feel well hugged
Its morning now and when I posted this it was late at night, so too late to do much, so I talked to a friend on the phone, talked to my daughter who just bubbles when I talk about my sobreity
then I read a book and I feel better now but as Chy said I need to do things, hard to do outside stuff as after work its dark and freezing and currently raining, but I am working at home today and have started early, so that I can do some physical work later and see some friends.
