It is true, that nothing stays the same. There any volunteer work around where you are? Don't isolate and feel bad, get out be around friends and family as much as you can.
Posting on here is a good idea. Someone has gone thru what you are now and can give you their experience.
Just don't pick up over this, it'll make you feel worse.
A problem shared is half repaired. it takes a mature person to come out and say they don't feel right. I stuffed all emotions while drinking. The first year or so of my recovery sucked. Even a bad day now is a good day compared to the hell I escaped from.
You see how much everyone cares for you on here. That's nice to know
