Yeah there's always another time. You can save up as you see fit and go and visit her when you're ready. If that's 3 months away or whatever then pffttt it's OK. Missing this event is nothing in the scheme of things hun. Not when you're looking at the rest of your life sober and everything wonderful that will come with that. Just tell her it's nothing to do with her, it's just youve got stuff going on that's extremely important. And that it's just wrong timing.
